1. Connect to the phone's web interface 
2. Upgrade to 5.9 first.
3. Upgrade to 6.0
4. Upgrade to 6.1.2
5. On the phone go to settings, advanced, 456, 13)web server, enable and reboot.
6. Connect to the phone's web address address again
7. Go to Simple Setup and under base profile change to Skype For Business
8. The phone will reboot with the SfB profile.
9. Use the Web login and it will direct you to a web address on your computer and put in the code on the screen.
10. It will then ask to login to O365 and configure the phone.
11. Follow instructions to setup a PIN number and all done!
