These V2 reports are really useful and pretty. In Q3 2023 you'll be able to access these as a supervisor without logging into the admin portal and these reports will be able to be schedued and emailed automatically.
Login to the admin portal
In the sidebar, select Reports & Analytics
At the top, click Historical Reports
From the 3 dropdown menus, select Call Reports, Historical Voice Calls V2 and the date range you want. then "Run Report"
You will get a visualisation of the calls in that time period:
Use the filter icon in the top-right corner to filter the stats down to any unique group or timeframe you'd like:
Once you have isolated the stats by group, you can use the menu bars at the top to get fine details, retaining the filter you've selected - in this case Selecting Group Calls will show just that hunt group, Breakdown by user will show the bottom-right table in more details, showing who has answered calls, and unanswered calls will show you
You can export these, ideally by PDF using the other icon in the top-right corner:
Remember, if there is a lot of detail to export, select "Expand All Grid DatA" and make sure A4 is the page orientation, if you intend to print this out.
