To edit the programmable buttons on a user's phone:
Go to Users, then find the user you wish to edit their device.
Click on the user.
Click on the Devices section in the sub-menu.
Click Edit on the right side.
A new tab will open because this will shortcut you to the user's Device in the seperate Devices section (it's faster to locate the device by searching for the user who owns it than hunting it down by serial numer or mac address).
Select the line keys section in the sub menu and you'll see all the buttons ready for programming:
The most common use of a button is "Speed Dial" to call another number or hunt group at the press of a button. So click on the blue section next to the desired button:
Then Select Speed Dial and then you can decide whether it does to a direct number or a specific hunt group:
