Enter the provisioning URL into the phone
The phone will configure itself from the Voice Services provisioning server. There are two ways to do this: using the phone's web user interface or the manual keypad method.
Note: the phone should be reset to factory settings before you provision it. If the phone was purchased from a store, it will be on factory settings by default.
How to configure a Polycom phone using the Web UI

a. Press the Home button (or Menu)
b. Navigate to Settings > Status > Network > TCP/IP Parameters. This page displays the "IP" of the phone.
3. On your computer open a web browser and type the phone's IP address in to the browser's search (address) field to open the web interface for the Polycom phone.
4. Log in to the phone using default user name and password:
Login: admin
Password: 730236
The phone now has to be ‘factory reset’ – check this on a VVX411

b. Open the DHCP Menu dropdown. Change the Boot Server to from Custom+Opt.66 to Static.
